Qatar's Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has enacted a law against terrorism that carries the death penalty.
The bill was passed by the Shoura Council, an appointed
advisory body. The emir signed the act on Monday, the official Qatari News Agency (QNA) reported.
