Lebanese arrested for drug possession in Cyprus fights for his life

A Lebanese national, 45, arrested on June 10th at the Larnaca Airport, for carrying drugs, is struggling for his life, after one of 60 pellets of cocaine burst in his stomach, Cyprus News Agency reported Wednesday.  

 

Yussef Nehmetallah Siqaf had swallowed 60 pellets containing a total of 600 grams of cocaine.  

 

He was taken to the Larnaca General Hospital, where he initially excreted 12 and later on another six. He is currently in intensive care. (albawaba.com)
