Lebanese Deputy Parliament Speaker, Eli Al-Ferzly has hailed Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s recent initiative to resume peace talks with Israel. In an interview published Tuesday on the Saudi newspaper al-Riyadh, Ferzli stressed that al-Assad’s proposal proved that Israel was the one who hinders the peace process.
He pointed out that the initiative unveiled depth of Ariel Sharon’s crisis who showed disability to offer any peaceful solution to the region. (Albawaba.com)
