The two early pace-setters in the Maktoum Sailing Trophy have predicted a tough third round battle at the weekend in a series they both believe could reach a dramatic climax in April’s final Around The World leg.
Christophe Vanek, skipper of current overall leader and first round winner Horizon FCB, and David Worrall, who guided Sharazad to success in round two earlier this month, extend their rivalry over six scheduled short course races off Jebel Ali Sailing Club on Thursday and Friday.
