Abdul-Qader Ba-Jammalurged, thinks that management, according to its human and development core, should be based on national,
regional and international findings, according to SABA.
At the opening of the 7th conference of Arab Management Association under the motto "Towards Effective Governmental Governance", Ba-Jammal stated on Sunday that the important bases of today's management arethe scientific criterion, transparency, adopting technological instruments and distinguished Performance.
Governance is the core element in managing a state, so it must be based on partnership between state institutions and all effective
civil society organizations, he said.
Management is a public service needs be publicized and effectively circulated by government, NGOs and individuals, he added.
He emphasized on the importance of objective evaluation and analysis for management systems by using worldwide management criteria so that to enhance good governance and to tackle managing defects.
Reform process in the Arab communities should come from their own successful experiments and visions since Arab countries are able to shift towards real national reforms.
