Mediterranean show of visual arts in progress in Oran

Organized by the Association of Cive Oeil, the 5th Mediterranean Show of Visual Arts is in progress in the Arts and Culture Center of Oran until August 18. Liberte Algeria reports that 72 artists coming from Europe and the North Africa region, such as France, Spain. Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria, are participating in the event. The diversity of displayed works ranges from different styles of traditional and modern paintings and various sculptures. Young artists like Tunisian painter Mohamed El Baati are taking part in this event representing the new trends in the visual arts.
