Delegates applaud thought-provoking and deeply enriching presentations conducted by French speakers

Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development (MBRPLD), an innovative leadership program aimed at developing national leaders who are willing and able to promote the sustainable development of the UAE, has announced that it has concluded the French leg of the cross-country educational tour for participants of its Young Leaders Program that began last week.

The delegates underwent a series of in-depth lectures, workshops and panel discussions with prominent French speakers that were designed to reinforce their theoretical and practical expertise, particularly in line with their role in sustaining Dubai's strategic plan within a globalised world. The program participants also toured and met with leading figures of top French institutions, including the Blue Ocean Institute and INSEAD, during which they had a lunch-meeting with INSEAD Dean Frank Brown.

"The stopover in Fontainebleau, France was a very enriching experience as the speakers prepared such thought-provoking presentations that certainly left a great impression on all participants. The critical inputs from renowned French personalities have helped the participants better appreciate the meaning of strategic leadership, particularly in view of a highly globalised community of nations," said Adel Al Shared, MBRPLD Director and Executive Council Director of National's Development.
