Morocco has recently signed a Cooperation Protocol in sports with Catalonia in Rabat. The protocol was singed by Mohamed El Gahs, the Secretary of the State responsible for youth activities and Ignacio Onate, the General Directory of Secretariat responsible for sports in Catalonia.
<i>Yabiladi</i> reports that this protocol aims to promote and facilitate exchanges between Catalonia and Morocco in the field of the sports as well as exchange of trainers and of the technology applied in the sports activities. The cooperation protocol will be in force starting from the date of its signature until the final of the Olympic Games of 2008 in Beijing.
