NBK organizes a Familiarization Gathering to mark the Launch of the Jordanian Social Security Campaign in Kuwait
National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), the leading bank in Kuwait and the highest rated bank in the Middle East, in collaboration with the Jordanian Social Security Corporation (JSSC), organized on Tuesday 26th of May a special familiarization gathering to mark the launch of the Security Ambassador campaign "the Social Security Portable Office" in Kuwait for the first time in the Gulf region.
The landmark event, which was graced by the JSSC General Manager, Dr. Omar Al Razzaz, H.E. the Jordanian Ambassador to the State of Kuwait Jumaa Al Abbadi, Chief Executive Officer – NBK Group Ibrahim Dabdoub, NBK Chief Executive Officer- Kuwait Isam Al Sager, NBK's Deputy CEO Adel Al Majed, NBK-Jordan General Manager Jabra Ghandour, General Manager International Banking Group Randa Sadik and a host of senior NBK officials, has been received with impressive zeal and enthusiasm from members of the Jordanian community residing in Kuwait, who inundated the Marriott Court Yard– Arraya Ballroom.
Commenting on the event, the JSSC General Manager, Dr. Omar Al Razzaz said that a key objective of the Jordanian social security campaign in Kuwait is to provide the proper social protection for the Jordanian expatriates in Kuwait and to ensure that they will enjoy a decent retirement upon their return to homeland.
On his part, NBK Chief Executive Officer- Kuwait Isam Al Sager said that the Jordanian Social Security Campaign comes as a culmination of the close coordination and collaboration between NBK & the Jordanian Social Security Corporation, indicating that NBK has always been in the forefront when it comes to providing the best banking and financial services to its clients from the various expatriate communities residing in Kuwait and particularly the Jordanian Community.
On the other side, H.E. the Jordanian Ambassador to the State of Kuwait Jumaa Al Abbadi commended the gratifying interest and care the Jordanian Community receive in Kuwait, stressing the Embassy's willingness to provide all means of support and facilities necessary to make this national initiative the successful one.
NBK-Jordan General Manager, Jabra Ghandour also said: "We are very excited to note that this initiative has been a great hit among the members of the Jordanian community, the fact that reflects the rewarding merits and benefits of the social security scheme provided to them as part of a large scale program targeting the Jordanian communities residing in the Arabian Gulf countries".
It is worth mentioning that the launch of the JSS campaign is the result of close coordination and mutually beneficial partnership between the Jordanian Social Security Corporation and the National Bank of Kuwait which assumes the sole sponsorship of this initiative.
