Nissan honors its senior employees and invites all the staff to lunch

Bustami and Saheb Trading Co. (BSTC), the exclusive dealers of NISSAN in Jordan, invited its employees to a lunch held in their honor, at Deir Al Qamar restaurant, as a gesture of gratitude and appreciation for their efforts and hard work to realize the Company’s goals and achievements for the years 2009 and 2010.
CEO of BSTC, Imad Bustami, commended in his welcoming speech the employees’ energies and ceaseless efforts to bring about great success and achievements to their Company. He also addressed the most important achievements of BSTC during the last year, namely, the inauguration of the used cars section, winning the best agent in customer services’ prize on the level of the Middle East, also winning the best team of marketing and after-sale services prize, to name but a few of the many other glorious accomplishments.  
He also honored the employees who have joined BSTC team since 20 years or more, as well as the highly qualified and proficient employees of all the Company’s departments. The newly appointees expressed their gratification with this heartfelt gesture on the part of the Company, as they spent entertaining and fun times with a magician who performed outstanding magic shows.
Mr. Bustami pointed out that this initiative goes in line with Nissan Jordan strategy aiming at strengthening its relationships with the staff, to motivate them towards the one team spirits, and to break boredom and routine, especially for the recently appointed employees. It also reflects the Company’s keenness to invest in the staff’s capacities on the short and long run, through training programs and workshops which are frequently held to maximize their energies and improve the performance.
