Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saoud, Prince of Eastern Province, and in presence of His Excellency Abdullah Bin Saleh Al Obeid, Minister of Education and an elite of officials and media, the Ministry of Education organized an awards ceremony for more than 500 top achievers from high schools across the Kingdom. The students received certificates and presents in appreciation and motivation to continue their success and distinction.
The Ministry of Education has always been a pioneer in implementing a number of leading programs, the most important being “The Ministry of Education Award for educational achievement” that aims to award top achieving students from high schools across the Kingdom. In an initiative to take part in this event Nissan Middle East cooperated with the Ministry to support this national program this year for what it represents as a great chance to award the top achievers and motivate them to make more effort and enhance the competition among them to contribute in building the future of this dear nation.
This cooperation from Nissan Middle East supporting the Ministry of Education is part of the company’s ethics and corporate citizenship that it embraces. The global car manufacturer believes in the importance of serving and developing the societies where it exists, and in being a good citizen who plays a social role in serving the progress of his society. Supporting education and encouraging achievers is one of the finest social activities that any company can be involved in.
During the ceremony Nissan Middle East gifted the achievers with valuable Swiss watches. In addition to that a 2005 model Nissan Sunny was raffled among 511 achievers and the lucky winner was Mamdouh Moukhtar, from Al-Namas, KSA.
