The Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) has urged its member states and relief organizations in the Muslim world to provide victims of the devastating quake and tidal waves, which hit South and East Asia last week, with the required relief assistance, <i>SPA</i> reported.
Professor Akmaluddin Ihsan Oghli, the OIC's Secretary General, in a statement released Sunday, reiterated the readiness of the OIC's Secretariat General to coordinate with other relief organizations in helping the quake's victims.
