24-hour Additional Value Added Service to Support Customers Online
As part of OnLine Distribution’s effort to becoming a leading service provider to the channel, the company has added a new online service portal to its portfolio.
The newly launched 24-hour service portal operated through the world renowned company called Kayako, will improve and streamline the service requests from valued channel partners throughout the region.
The website for the service portal (http://support.online-dubai.com) can be accessed through OnLine Distribution’s website: www.online-dubai.com.
Through this portal, partners can put their service request during or after office hours,24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Requests like reporting breakdown calls, RMA, demo equipment, staff technical training, and project consultancy services, which can also be requested by logging into the service portal on this site, will all be part of the service portal. Additionally, the site will also provide partners with technical knowledge for products and services.

The partner can login a call and a ticket will be issued to enable partners to follow up and also track their requests with their personal ID and password. This gives the partners a record of his request, which in turn gives them better planning and response time for their end user.
