"Operation Smile" in Casablanca

“Operation Smile”, organized by the Moroccan Ministry of Health and the various university hospitals, will start in Casablanca next November to help children with facial deformities. <i>Le Matin</i> reports that a team of plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, a pediatrician, a therapist, who are from Brazil, Italy, Morocco, the Philippines and the United States, will work together to change the lives of children suffering from cleft lips, burns and other facial deformities. Within the framework of “Operation Smile”, 350 children in Casablanca will have reconstructive facial surgery operations.
