Orion Brokers DMCC, a subsidiary of Orion Holding Overseas S.A. has signed a strategic partnership with Reuters to connect international investment firms and brokerage counterparties for real time execution in markets where the company is a member of. Following the deal, Reuters will certify the Orion Brokers platform as a compatible online platform, allowing easy and secure connection with a single interface via a FIX engine.
The FIX engine has already been added into the Orion TradeSoft Equity platform, Orion Brokers sister Technology Company, and is already used by various brokerage houses in the GCC markets.
Moreover, the newly implemented Order Routing system will allow Orion Brokers to provide an efficient channel of the most liquid regional markets such as the DGCX and DME exchanges. Consequently, Orion Brokers DMCC will become the primary electronic broker in the region with such international presence.
