Energizer Holdings Inc, (NYSE: ENR) one of the world's largest manufacturers of dry cell batteries and flashlights, concluded its consumer retail promotion, reporting a 120 per cent increase in sales over the month-long campaign in the UAE.
Every customer who purchased an Energizer Max battery promotion pack received a free gift and the chance to win a grand prize, the Hummer H3 SUV.
Shoppers had to find the winning number by text messaging the digits on their promotion pack. The special promotion packs were available at all hypermarkets, supermarkets and EPPCO/ENOC outlets through November.
Priya Janardhan, the lucky winner, had the winning numbers and was handed the keys to a brand new Hummer H3 SUV at the Liberty showroom in Al Garhoud, dealers of the Hummer in the UAE. The campaign was held under the supervision of the Dubai Economic Department.
