Israeli soldiers killed on Thursday a Palestinian near the West Bank city of Jenin. Adnan Htoli, 19, was killed when Israeli soldiers opened fire at a group of Palestinians, who tried to enter one of the supposed to be evacuated Jewish settlements in Jenin area.

Meanwhile, Palestinian factions agreed on Wednesday in a meeting with Palestinian president Abbas to stop all armed appearances in the Palestinian territories.

Sa'aed Seam, a leader in  Hamas in the Gaza Strip, said there is a Palestinian agreement that celebrations and festivals over the Israeli pullout end no later than on Saturday. "Afterwards, it's a natural thing that there are no armed manifestations in the Palestinian street," he added, according to RNA.

Seam added that president Abbas asked Palestinian factions to deal with the issue with high responsibility, so that, no "negative phenomena would affect the security of the Palestinian citizen."

On his part, Mohammad el Hindi, a leader in the Islamic Jihad, said the agreement covers "distinguished weapons" and not the resistance weapon, because the latter is directed against the occupation, but at present there is no point to show weapon in the street when there is no occupation.
