PepsiCo Supports the UAE Ministry of Social Affairs, Social Responsibility Fund (SRF), Dirham Wa Bass Campaign and Participates in the Floating Wheelchair Canal Race 2009
As part of its corporate values and vision of Performance with Purpose, PepsiCo participated in the Floating Wheelchair Canal Race 2009 at Festival City last Friday, November 6 to actively raise awareness about children with special needs and their integration in society.
A team of 4 female PepsiCo employees took part in the race wearing t-shirts with the tagline “Performance with Purpose: Think Global…Act Local” reflecting PepsiCo’s commitment as a global corporate citizen to serve the communities in which it operates and to make the community agenda its business agenda.
The event was jointly organized by the UAE Ministry of Social Affairs, Social Responsibility Fund (SRF) in cooperation with Reaching U and Festival City with support from PepsiCo.
