Jordan News Agency, Petra on Sunday launched its comprehensive electronic newspaper, (Petranet) deemed the first of its kind on the level of Arab news agencies.
According to Petra, Director General of Petra Omar Abandah said in a news conference attended by Director of the Jordan Information Center (JIC) Basil Tarawneh, that the newspaper "will reflect the identity of the homeland and aspirations of its people, and will present the Jordanian point of view to the world."
Petra is also expected to issue an English version of the newspaper in the coming months.
