Qatar expressed Tuesday satisfaction over Israel's pullout from Gaza Strip and northern West Bank, describing it as an "important step on the course of establishing the Palestinian independent state."
A Foreign Ministry official stressed the importance of an Israeli withdrawal from all occupied territories in accordance with the international law and the Road Map Plan.
