Qatar's Second Deputy Premier Minister and Minister of Energy and Industry, Mr. Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah said that the world market has enough supply of petroleum, pointing out that the problem has to do with failure of refineries to meet the market needs due to technical reasons.
In statement before his departure to Vienna to take part in the conference of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to be held Monday, he said the ministers would discuss all possible options that lead to the oil market stability.
