Qatari Prince sends message to Yemen President

Yemen’s President Ali Abdullah Saleh received in Sanaa on Saturday the Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasm Bin Japar Al Thani who conveyed a message to him from Prince of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khlifah Al-Thani, regarding means of strengthening brotherly relations and mutual cooperation between the two countries.  

 

The message, in addition, focused on international and regional developments, notably in the occupied territories and Iraq as well as the coordination of the positions between the two countries in order to enhance Arab solidarity and joint Arab work to serve the goals of the Arab nation, SABA reported Saturday.  

 

President Saleh asked him to convey his regards to Prince Hamad Bin Khlifah and wishes for good health to him and further progress and prosperity for the people of Qatar.  

 

Political advisor of the President Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Iryani and Foreign Minister Dr. Abu Baker Al-Querbi as well as Qatari Ambassador to Sana'a Jasm Bin Mohammad Al-Khlifah attended the meeting as well. (Albawaba.com)
