For the first six months of the current year, the volume of trade between Morocco and China reached 720 million dollars meaning an increase of 44 % compared to the same period of last year. Last year, the volume of trade between the two countries was 1.16 billion dollars, indicating a 35 % increase. Another positive development in Morocco-China relations is 18 joint venture projects launched with a total amount of 150 million dollars. The trade relations between Morocco and China are expected to increase even more with the signature of bilateral cooperation agreements signed on Monday September 5.
