saraya attracts a large audience at cityscape 2007 and announces its new project “saraya aktau”
Saraya- a real estate development and asset management company that invests in the travel and tourism industry- attracted a large audience to its booth at Cityscape Dubai 2007, exceeding all expectations. Saraya was viewed as being unique at Cityscape this year for launching its future vision and strategy in the real estate development and travel and tourism industries, and that is by offering its customers not only the most luxurious destinations, but also complementing these destinations with exclusive services, hence providing its customers with luxurious comprehensive and personalized services.
Saraya’s participation in Cityscape 2007 as a gold sponsor for the third consecutive year was coupled with a distinguished presence of H.E. Mohammad Al Gergawi, UAE Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Executive Chairman of Dubai Holding, along with the business elite from the region. Saraya displayed three models of its luxurious destination projects to include, Saraya Aqaba" in the Red Sea City of Aqaba in Jordan; Saraya Islands in Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates; and "Saraya Bandar Jissah" near Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman. Saraya opened its sales for the residences at the Saraya Islands and Saraya Bandar Jissah destinations for the first time, and continued its sales at the Saraya Aqaba destination, whereby Saraya achieved high sales closings for several of the residence units in different Saraya destinations, thus reflecting the strong presence of the company, and its leading status in the field of real estate development.
Furthermore, Saraya seized the opportunity of this multinational event by signing a Memorandum of Understanding by virtue of which it will develop and construct its newest mixed-use resort destination; Saraya Aktau, on the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan. The design phase of the project is expected to commence at the end of this year 2007, thus crossing the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to add yet another unique marks of Saraya in different places across the world.

It is worth noting that Saraya’s five destinations are: Saraya Aqaba on the Red Sea City of Aqaba in Jordan; Saraya Islands in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates; Saraya Dead Sea at the Dead Sea Jordan; Saraya Bandar Jissah near Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman; and Saraya Aktau on the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan. Cityscape is considered the largest international platform for real estate development and exchange, which attracts around 500 participants who represent the largest and oldest real estate firms operating in development, investment, funding and construction, property developers, architects, designers, as well as economist and real estate professionals.
