Saudi Aramco has selected Press Ganey to help measure and improve patient satisfaction at its company-owned and contracted health care facilities. Press Ganey began working with Saudi Aramco on July 1, 2010. "Saudi Aramco is committed to raising the well-being of our employees and is working with Press Ganey to benchmark the quality of our medical services against North American standards," said Richard B. Birrer, MD, executive director of Saudi Aramco Medical Services Organization.
Saudi Aramco has approximately 55,000 employees and offers them and their dependents access to company-owned and contracted health care facilities. Press Ganey will be working with these facilities to measure and improve patient satisfaction and the quality of health care delivery for Saudi Aramco employees.
