Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud has ordered an increase in the salaries of Saudi employees including civilians, military men and retired at the rate of 15 percent. The royal decree excluded ministers and employees of high incomes. Additionally, the order called for increasing the maximum social insurance from 16,200 SR to 28,000 SR per year.
