Saudi Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Engineer Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi met in Riyadh on Sunday Crown Prince Philip of Belgium, and his accompanying delegation.
In the course of the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Belgium in the oil and mineral fields as well as issues concerning the implementation of joint investment projects, SPA said.
Speaking on the occasion, Eng. Al-Naimi called on the Belgian companies to invest in Saudi Arabia, and reiterated the keenness of the Kingdom on strengthening cooperation with Belgium in the oil and mineral fields. In the meantime, Al-Naimi confirmed the keenness of Riyadh on the stability of the oil markets.
For his part, Crown Prince Philip hailed the efforts exerted by Riyadh to ensure oil supplies at reasonable prices that serve the interests of both oil producing and consuming countries. Prince Philip restated the keenness of Belgium on cementing cooperation with Saudi Arabia in the various spheres. (Albawaba.com)
