Schön Properties announced it will be participating at the forthcoming Dubai International Property Show (IPS 2008) scheduled on 17-19 February at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre to showcase its expanding portfolio of landmark property projects. Barely eight months after its official launch, Schön Properties surpasses the one billion sales mark.

At the IPS 2008, Schön Properties will show investors a glimpse of the company’s expanding portfolio of projects, and highlight its growing influence in the property sector.
“Schön Properties has successfully filled a distinct gap in the property sector for developing customer-driven projects, which is critical to success in doing business in the region. Husain revealed that close to 80 percent of Schön Business Park, a state-of-the-art development within the sprawling Dubai Investment Park complex has already been leased out within five days of its introduction to the market, and the enabling works contract already awarded to NSCC, a well-known shoring and ground stabilizing contractor in the region. Meanwhile, Dubai Lagoon, its AED 3 billion residential apartment community, is on schedule, with foundation works progressing smoothly.
“We are confident that investors will appreciate the superior value proposition of our projects, and are optimistic about closing very lucrative deals by the close of the exhibition,” Husain added.
