Scopes of cooperation between Jordan and Egypt

According to PETRA, minister of Interior Awni Yarvas discussed on Thursday with Director of the Egyptian Public Security Department, Major General Abdul Raheem Al Ghanawi and his accompanying delegation, scopes of cooperation between Jordan
and Egypt, particularly in the security field.
Yarvas affirmed the strong relations between the two countries, noting the continuous coordination in all domains.
The two sides also reviewed cooperation in energy related fields.
During the meeting, which was attended by the Egyptian ambassador to Jordan, Major General Al Ghanawi conveyed greetings of the Egyptian interior minister to Yarvas.
He also expressed his thanks and appreciation for the procedures taken by the Jordanian Interior ministry towards Egyptian workers.
