The documentary “The Bomb in the Basement”, made by an Israeli filmmaker Michael Karpin, is being sold to leading Arab television stations, including Qatari-based Al-Jazeera TV.
Until a few weeks ago, Karpin has been skeptic whether or not the Israeli military censor would agree to the broadcasting of a film of this nature. He assesses that the current tendency to unleash this confidential and enigmatic topic is mainly as a result of the international growing concern over terrorism and the global consensus to put an end to it.
According to the British Daily Telegraph in its Sunday edition, in the documentary itself, Peres, confirms for the first time, that the state of Israel has nuclear capability.
