"Shouf Shouf Habibi" film is coming back to TV screens, next February, as a 12-episode series, which will be broadcasted on Holland's national TV channel, Vara. Bladi.Net reports that the new series will have the same title as the movie and will be stared by the Mimoun Oaissa, the principal actor of the famous movie.
Shouf Shouf Habibi by Dutch Albertter Heerdt is about schizophrenic Moroccans, who are caught up in the midst of a battle between their vaulting ambitions and the harsh reality, on the one hand, and native culture and new European values, on the other.
