Skywards member wins 1 million miles at the dubai world cup
 
Skywards Silver member Jalal Faruki of Dubai is the lucky winner of 1 Million Skywards Miles in the annual Thanks a Million Draw which took place on 29th March at the Dubai World Cup. The draw's two runners-up, Skywards members Kent Potter and Viviane Hechema also won 250,000 Miles each.
 
Funds raised from this year's draw went to chosen charities Riding for the Disabled Association of Dubai (RDAD), UNICEF and UAE Red Crescent. Now in its eighth year, the Thanks a Million draw has raised over Dhs 1.3 million for RDAD’s campaign to build an indoor arena to enable young people with disabilities such as autism and cerebral palsy to continue their therapy during Dubai’s hot summer months.
