Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Said has issued Royal Decree No. 10/2004 appointing advisor at the Royal Office. Article one of the Decree appointed Major-General Mahfoudh bin Sulaiman al-Haddabi as an advisor at the Royal Office with the same grade and financial allowances. The decree, quoted by ONA, said that it shall be published in the official gazette and take effect from its date of issue.
