Syria's Defence Minister Lieutenant-General Mustafa Tlass received on Tuesday British Under Secretary of Defence David Hobart and an accompanying delegation. According to SANA, talks during the meeting concentrated on the situations in the region, issues of mutual concern and relations of friendship and cooperation between the two armies.
Chief of the General Staff Hasan Turkmani also met the British delegation and discussed with him means of boosting relations between the Syrian and the British friendly armies.
