Syrians are ready for peace

According to BNA, Syrian Information Minister Mahdi Dakhlallah stressed on the importance of the Syrian Palestinian summit due to be held today in Damascus between the two presidents Bashar al Assad and Mahmoud Abbas.
The Syrian Minister declared in an interview with Voice of Arab radio that this summit comes within the framework of Syrian- Palestinian coordination. He also noted that both Syrians and Palestinians share the Arabian- Israeli conflict issue, and such summit deepens coordination and confirms that Syrians support Palestinians. Syrian minister stressed that Damascus is ready to the resumption of negotiation with Israel to achieve comprehensive peace.
