Three British trade delegations will visit Qatar in October for talks on bolstering bilateral cooperation in the fields of oil and tourism, a British diplomat said on Tuesday.
“They will be seeking opportunities in Qatar’s oil and gas and the expanding tourism and hospitality sectors,” Michael Purves, deputy head of mission at the British embassy in Doha told the Gulf Times newspaper.
Trade relations between the two countries are already strong. Currently, Britain is one of Qatar’s leading trade partners.
