When a customer transfers money through Western Union, they will receive a 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number or MTCN. The customer then has to send the MTCN via SMS to a special number 4203. The way to send the SMS is to type “WU” followed by a space, followed by the 10-digit MTCN.
