El Kram center in Tunis will host an international symposium on “e-skills capacity-building”. The event, which is scheduled to take place on November 16, 2005, is organized by the e-skills certification consortium (e-SCC) and the European Union.
The event, reports Tunisia online, will be attended by several distinguished guests from all over the world including the Tunisian Minister of scientific research, technology and the development of competencies, Taieb Hadhri, and by the European Commissar in charge of media and the information society, Vivian Reding.
