Tunisia took part in Tokyo International Tourism Fair

Tunisia participated in Tokyo International Tourism Fair, which was held from 21 to 24 September. Representatives of Tunisian travel agencies made a presentation on "Tunisia as a vacation destination", which drew a great deal of attention and was attended both by the visitors and tourism professionals. La Presse reports that Tokyo International Tourism Fair is regarded as one of the most significant tourism events in Asia. 800 exhibitors from 117 countries around the world participated in the 2005 edition of the event, which was attended by some 110,000 visitors including 40,000 tourism professionals.
