Tunisian Athletes Idoudi and Chida Break World record

Tunisian athletes Mourad Idoudi and Mohammed Farhat Chida broke a world record in the 3rd Arabo African Handisports Championship, which took place from 25 to 27 August. La Presse reports that Tunisian athlete Mourad Idoudi broke the world record in discus throwing with a performance of 19,29 meters (old record 19,13 meters) and Mohamed Farhat Chida broke the world record in the long jump category with 6,21 meters (old record 6,08 meters). The championship hosted 238 athletes from 15 countries.
