The Tunisian president, Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, addressed the Minister of Youths, Sports and Physical Education, Abdallah Kaâbi, and thanked him for his performance as the president of the High Committee for the 19th World Championship in Handball "Tunisia 2005".
The president thanked the minister for his efforts and congratulated him on the success of the inaugural ceremony. The Tunisian leader also thanked the Minister for "exhibiting to the world the richness and authenticity of Tunisian culture," through the paintings that are presented in the stadiums, where the games are held.
