Syrian Deputy Prime Minister for Services, Mohammed Naji Otri received Monday Turkish Parliament member Mohammed Gonch and an accompanying economic and technical delegation.
During the meeting, talks centered on relations of cooperation between the two friendly peoples and countries and means of developing them in the mutual interest of Syria and Turkey, SANA reported.
Later on, the Turkish delegation was received by Syrian Minister of Irrigation Mohammed Radwan Martini. During the meeting, talks focused on bilateral relations and means of developing them in all arenas, especially irrigation.
In addition, the two sides spoke about strengthening the existing base of cooperation, activating signed agreements and concluding new ones. The minister briefed the delegation on the works and projects executed by the government in the irrigation field, such as building surface dams, achieving rural projects of development and reclamation of dry lands.
