Turnkey Information Solutions (TIS), a leading total IT solutions provider, presented at Int@j’s Business Automation Seminar an introduction on Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (MS CRM) at the Sheraton Hotel. The event was held by the Information Technology Association of Jordan (Int@j), a voluntary non-profit association that strives to effectively represent, promote, and advance the Jordanian software and IT services industry in the global market. Int@j’s initiative was to congregate Jordan’s top IT businesses to network and encounter the variety of services and benefits they offer.
TIS presented the uses, benefits and outcomes of CRM at the seminar along with a short video case study to elaborate on the Microsoft Business Solution. TIS is a Microsoft Certified Partner and one of the few CRM Advisors who can help with implementing MS CRM, customizing it to reflect any organization’s requirements and integrating it with other existing systems.
