ALBAWABA - After a string of strategic strikes in the region, Ukrainian air forces have effectively destroyed a second bridge over the Seym River in Russia's Kursk region.

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, persistent measures are being made to interfere with Russian logistical activities, including this most recent strike. Unlike the previously collapsed bridge in Glushkovo, the destroyed bridge, seen in a video supplied by Ukrainian government, shows considerable damage but is still partially standing.

Russian military specialists have pointed out that the situation for Russian forces is becoming more and more unstable in Glushkovo, where there is only one working bridge left. Russian soldiers face the possibility of being surrounded if they retire, according to military observer Jan Matveyev, and doing so would leave a vast region undefended.

The Glushkovo bridge was destroyed, as acknowledged by Russia, isolating over thirty communities and forcing their occupants to flee. NATO-supplied munitions are to blame for the devastation, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Following the commencement of an unparalleled assault on August 6, Ukrainian troops have progressed into the Kursk border region, capturing an area over 1,100 square kilometers. One of the biggest foreign military incursions into Russian territory since World War II is said to have occurred during this operation.
