ALBAWABA - Despite Russia's threat to attack civilian ships as potential military targets, Ukraine said Tuesday a cargo ship carrying grain had left a southern Black Sea port, AFP reported.
Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kurakov said on social media: "The vessel Resilient Africa with 3K tons of wheat has left the port of Chornomorsk and is heading towards the Bosphorus,".
