ALBAWABA- In an interview with Al Jazeera, Francesca Albanese, the UN Rapporteur for Human Rights in the Palestinian Territories, made stark assertions regarding Israel's longstanding disregard for international law.

Albanese emphasized that Israel's actions have consistently flouted international legal norms since 1967, pointing to ongoing ethnic cleansing in Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem.

She expressed dismay at the lack of accountability, noting that Israel has ignored decisions from the Court of Justice regarding Gaza and continues to perpetrate daily civilian casualties.

Albanese urged swift action from the international community to halt the escalating violence and humanitarian crisis in Gaza, emphasizing the urgent need for aid to alleviate widespread famine and prevent further loss of life.
