The Iraqi Oasis at the Carpets and Souvenirs Oasis organized by the Dubai Ports, Customs and Free Zone Department is currently exhibiting art works of various master craftsmen and traditional artists from different cities in Iraq.
Sculptures made in wood and mud, oil and water paintings comprise the principle items on display at the pavilion, according to Khaleej Times.
The objects used in the daily lives of traditional Iraqi homes are also on display at the pavilion along with unique carpets made of wool in traditional Iraqi designs. (Albawaba.com)
