UAE'S President Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan received on Sunday Deputy Secretary of State for the Middle East Elizabeth Cheney, currently on a regional in the Gulf states. During the meeting, the U.S official hailed the progress U.A.E has achieved in various fields. The day before, Ms. Cheney praised Kuwait for granting women their political rights. However, she added that further reforms in this field in Kuwait will require more time and efforts.
