On Monday the US-led coalition conducted 15 airstrikes against Daesh in Iraq and seven in Syria, reports Reuters.

The 15 airstrikes in Iraq were concentrated around Sinjar, Ramadi, and Mosul. The Combined Joint Task Force informed that weapons, buildings, two Daesh headquarters and a tunnel system were destroyed. The coalition claimed to have also struck targets near Baji, al Huwaya, Albu Hayat, Habbaniya, and Kisik.

The seven airstrikes in Syria destroyed fighting positions, two front-end loaders, three cranes and a pump truck, the Combined Joint Task force said in a statement released on Tuesday.
