The United States is providing emergency aid for the victims of Tuesday's earthquake in Morocco, the State
Department announced Thursday.
"We are sending supplies to Morocco on an urgent basis from our warehouses in Italy and elsewhere, including... blankets, tents, water pumping and purification units, water containers, hygiene kits, and generators," the department said in a statement.
The first shipment is scheduled to arrive in Morocco later Thursday. (Albawaba.com)
